Rye pita bread

Our fluffy rye pita has a slight tang thanks to malted rye. The perfect taste experience is created when paired with fish or reindeer fillings. This versatile rye pita also works wonderfully with tender pulled pork.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, water, rye (12%) (flour and malt), sugar, oat fiber, wheat gluten, salt, yeast, raising agent (sodium carbonate), emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate), stabilizer (xanthan gum).

Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Once opened, keeps for 3 days in a sealed bag.

1. Moisten the bread with water if you want a softer crust.
2.Heat in the oven at 200 °C for about 4 minutes or in the microwave at 650 W for about 20 seconds. You can also toast the bread in a toaster.
3. Slice the pita bread and fill it with your favorite ingredients. Enjoy!
