Wheat pita bread
Wheat pita is fluffy and deliciously moist. It pairs perfectly with kebab meat or seitan slices. Strongly seasoned vegetable fillings combined with fresh greens also make an excellent match for this soft wheat pita.
Thanks to its mild flavor, wheat pita also works beautifully with sweet fillings. The first strawberries of summer and a dollop of whipped cream turn it into an easy-to-eat dessert. You can also customize your own pita treat with fruits, berries, and a touch of Nutella.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, water, sugar, oat fiber, wheat gluten, salt, yeast, raising agent (sodium carbonate), stabilizer (xanthan gum).
Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
